We optimize both the aeronautical and non- aeronautical revenue streams within the airport, to make sure that we run and manage sustainable airports operations. Our Business Development team has got networks around the world within the Aviation Sector. This networks are utilized to ensure that the Airport attract more clients that will land at the airport, and in return use other services within the airport, which will results in creating revenue for the non-aeronautical services..

AVIATION CONSULTING

The growth of every Airport is due to its performance. At PSS we assist the Airport to attract more airlines and passengers whilst maintaining (and improving) its performance. PSS has a team of highly trained professionals supporting its clients in the Aviation domain with international expertise in Airports Operations and Project Management, where we assist with the implementation of the Civil Aviation Authority Audits, as well as preliminary audits in Safety (SMS) and Quality Management Systems(QMS) as well as Security Management to maintain the validity of the Airport Certification. We also consult in Risk Mitigations, Quality and Procedure Audits and Compliances and Manage Government Stakeholder relations, as well as Airport Marketing.

AIRCRAFT FUELING

PSS offers fueling service for charter flights and scheduled airlines arriving at various Airports in SA at a competitive rate.

VIP MEET AND GREET

We offers a tailor made Meet and Greet service on arrival at most of the South African Airports. We collect our VIP clients from their flight and provide transfer assistance to their connecting flight (scheduled or chartered).

PSS Aviation provides a variety of convenient, personalized and secure air charter services from most of the South African Airports.

AVIATION TRAINING

PSS Aviation has partnered with Camas Training, a French group dedicated to airport and aviation training solutions. Camas Group was established in 2001 and has developed the largest aviation training offer available in the industry and is now present in all continents in the world.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

We provide comfortable; air-conditioned transportation for passengers. It is convenient and reliable: we can take you to your hotel or any other final destination. Our shuttle service offer is catered for both Individuals and corporates. Our vehicles are fitted with vehicle management systems that also have the ability for 2 way communication between the driver and the company. We always deploy brand new vehicles to new long term projects.

CREW TRANSPORTATION

Our Service Agents / Drivers will meet your flight crew at their hotels or offices and transport them to the airport and back, as requested. Our vehicles are air-conditioned, clean and comfortable for our passengers. Our service is convenient, reliable and tailored depending on client’s specific needs.

LOUNGE FACILITIES

While you wait for your next international or domestic flight, we can offer you the comfort of a lounge facility, we have arrangement with most of the lounge facilities in most of the SA airports.

BAGGAGE STORAGE & DELIVERY

We offer our clients a safe and secure baggage storage facility. Passengers are met at their arrival flight; hand over all their luggage to us to be stored. All relevant information will be obtained beforehand and we will have your luggage ready and waiting for you upon your next arrival. Your luggage can also be delivered to your hotel, home or office should the client wish to.

PASSENGER & CARGO GSA

PSS is a specialist Passenger and Cargo General Sales Agent-GSA. Services offered include Airline Sales and Marketing; Airline Reservation and Ticketing; Online and Offline Airline representation. Our objective has always been to provide the Airline with seven day week coverage of expertise in all aspects of the G.S.A. involvement with the Airline, thus providing constant continuity to the airline, and flexible arrangements designed to suit the Airlines’ particular needs.

TRAVEL MANAGEMENT & TAILOR MADE TOURS

The Travel Management Solution is done in association another Travel Management company that is IATA accredited and been in the travel industry for more than11 years and have gained extensive experience throughout those years We also provide customized tours for our clients that would like to explore South African National Parks and other places of interest in and around Johannesburg and surrounding areas.

Aviation Ground Logistics

PSS has introduced a bouquet of services that has the ability to offer a tailor made product to any client at any given time. The services offered will include: Ground / Ramp Handling Services; Passenger Handling and Cargo Handling services.

CAR RENTAL

We launched PSS Car Rental at Lanseria Airport in June 2019. PSS Car Rental is the first 100% BEE Car Rental Company at Lanseria Airport, It offers a wide range of car hire in all different segments to Government clients, private sector clients, Travel Agents and Individuals.
